Less than 30 days i am having to spend a lot more money because I believe I was given false info. My account of the events leading to a 1 star review and would not recommend. I came in with a tooth hurting. It had a large cavity. Talking to the dentist, he advised we can do either a cap or a root canal. He said its near the nerve but would be ok to do a cap. I may need a root canal anywhere from 5 years to 30 years. I accepted that and decided to do the cap. 23 days later after cap being put on, I have severe tooth pain. Since it seemed to be the same tooth, I went to a different dentist. They advised that it was so close to the nerve that it was infected and would need a root canal through my cap which only specialist can do. Discussing this with the new dentist and another expert opinion, they stated a root canal should of been recommended in the first place. I of course called the dentist office and now they are saying that I could need a root canal at anytime! Which begs the quest, why would I take a chance on the cap if I would need a root canal at any time depending? 5-30 years i can accept. if it took 1 year, i can accept. less than 30 days? absolutely not. I of course told the receptionist to cancel my future appointments. She advised she will let the dentist know. I will update this if anything changes, but based on the phone call, I do not see the office feeling any obligation to assist further than what they have already done.Debi Spencer2024-08-22Dr. B and all of his staff is amazing!
